Undelivered or Returned Orders
- In case your package is undelivered due to:
- Incorrect address or phone number
- Unavailability during delivery
- Rejection of COD without reason
- Your parcel will be returned to our warehouse.
Once received, weโll contact you to reship or process a refund (for prepaid orders).

Damaged or Missing Packages

- Weโll resolve the issue swiftly โ either through a replacement or refund as per our Return Policy.

Order Modifications & Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it can be modified or canceled within 2 hours by contacting our support team.
After dispatch, cancellations are not possible.
Prepaid refunds (if canceled in time) will be issued within 5โ7 business days.ย
